Accommodation and facilities

This lovely 4 bedroom villa is in an excellent position only 50 m from the local market and restaurants and an easy 800 m walk to the beach. With the tourist office virtually on your doorstep and the supermarket and bike rental shop nearby you have everything you need and a perfect opportunity to slow down and abandon the car for a week or so.

Villa Florence has a spacious, south facing main living room facing south (48.90m2).... In the dining room area, there is a table, chairs and a dresser, as well as a reading corner, with 2 armchairs and a coffee table.

The lounge area has a sofa, a low armless chair, 2 cane armchairs, an ornamental open fire place, Flat screen TV, DVD player, a bar.

There is separate WC, next to the kitchen.

The kitchen (9m²) is equipped with a fridge, an electric oven, a micro wave, vitro ceramic hobs, a sink, cupboards, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. In the back kitchen (5.70m²), you will find a washing machine, a dryer, and a freezer.

The house also has a cellar with integrated ventilation system. There is a single garage with an automatic gate (15.80m²).

From the dining area, a 16 steps staircase will lead you to the first floor, where the bedrooms are.

The main bedroom (19.60m²) facing south, is furnished with a 140cm double bed, 2 bedside tables, an armchair, large cupboards, a small cabinet, a desk and a flat screen TV. The adjoining shower room has a hand basin, a shower and a toilet.

The 2nd bedroom (12.80m2) facing south, has 2x90cm single beds, 2 bedside tables, a small cabinet, a cane armchair and a cupboard.

The 4th bedroom (8.80m²) facing east, has 2x90cm single beds, a bedside table, and a cupboard.

In the hallway, you will find another shower room with a hand basin and a shower, and a separated toilet.

The lounge opens onto the wooden terrace (21.70m²). It is equipped with outside furniture and 2 deck chairs.

Please note that animals are not accepted in the villa. There is a garage with remote control for your car

There is an enclosed courtyard. The house is equipped with garden furniture, but there is no BBQ. The golf practice is at 5 km and Le Golf des Portes is approximately 22 km away.Read more
