Les Portes d’Etretat, Normandy residence, otherwise known as Domaine du Chateau de Maniquerville, has been created, in 2007, around an exact replica of a 19th century chateau, which has been completely renovated. It has a covered and heated swimming pool.

Les Portes d’Etretat, Normandy residence, otherwise known as Domaine du Chateau de Maniquerville, has been created, in 2007, around an exact replica of a 19th century chateau, which has been completely renovated. Here you will find the residence reception, sauna and steam room (supplement payable) and 28 apartments as well as a hamlet of e...legant little, semi-detached, Normandy houses. There is a total of 64 apartments and maisonettes in the residence. There is free parking outside (according to availability) or indoor parking which is free for the chateau apartments and paying for the hamlet houses. The chateau is on two floors and has a lift.

Maniquerville is a rural village set in the typically green and floral landscape of high cliffs on the Alabaster Coast of Normandy. It is an idea base from which to visit the lovely region of Haute-Normandie.

The cliffs and beaches of Etretat are world reknowned. Fécamp, on the Alabaster coast is very lively and combines art, history and a unique outlook over the cliffs at la Chapelle Notre Dame de Salut, to Yport, a little fishing village and the Ganzeville Valley, both of which are registered protected sites.

The Apartments all have a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and hood, toaster) , bathroom, WC (usually separate)

The 2 bedroom Hamlet maisonnette measures approximately 45m² and can accommodate 6 people.

There is a living room with a sofa which makes into two twin beds.

The adjoining kitchenette has a micro-wave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and hood and a toaster.

There are 2 bedrooms, which may be on the ground floor or second floor.

One has a double bed and one has twin beds. There is a bathroom and WC, which, in most apartments, is separate .

There is a little garden/patio area (not enclosed) with garden furniture.

Local Activities
In Fecamp (7km away) : there is a very active water sports centre offering sailing, windsurfing, canoe-kayaking, sea and river fishing, scuba diving (training for a qualification possible). Activities are available throughout the year.
« D'arbres en arbres » (‘From tree to tree’) offers tree-top adventures, zip-wires, paint-ball, mountain-biking in the trees and an educational mini-farm.
At Etretat (9 km) : there is a big beach and a sailing school offering lessons and courses in sailing, windsurfing and canoeing). There is a large horse riding centre, an 18 hole golf course, overlooking the sea (ranked number 4 in the country) and 9 tennis courts, which are open throughout the year.
‘Etretat Aventure’ is a leisure park, spread over 6 hectares, also open all year, where there are activities for children from 3 years old upwards, 3 giant zip-wires (220m long!), walking and cycling tracks, with mountain bike hire and a golf practice area.
