A new, modern villa set on sandy ground in a 1400m² spacious enclosed garden. The villa is in a quiet location, on the edge of a pine forest, approximately 1.5km from the sea and 1km from the shops in high season, in St Hilaire de Riez, Vendee. Year round shops are approximately 3 kilometres away.

The interior of the villa is very bright and airy, with light coloured ceramic floor tiles throughout the living and kitchen area, whitewashed walls and predominantly white and cream furnishings.

The open plan living area has a sofa, which can seat 3 people and coffee table, a sideboard, dining table and chairs and a flat screen TV with DVD player and radio. The adjoining, American-style kitchen is spacious and has white units and smart, grey work surfaces. It is well equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a 4-ring gas hob with extractor hood, a conventional oven and microwave, and a dishwasher. There are cupboards and a small table and chairs for 2 people.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a mezzanine bedroom. One bedroom has a 140cm double bed, with a bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers and a cupboard. The second bedroom has a single ‘boat bed’, a sofa bed for one person a cupboard and a bedside table with lamp. The third sleeping area is on a hanging mezzanine, reached by a difficult circular staircase.

Patio doors lead from the dining area onto a tiled, covered terrace, with garden table and chairs, which is useful for al-fresco meals when the sun is hot. There is a further terrace behind the lounge area which is also equipped with a small outdoor table and chairs as well as a parasol and two sun loungers. There is a barbecue. You can park your car on the grounds.
