Harbour View Apartment, set on the top floor of a former Victorian hotel, is in the oldest area of Ilfracombe in Devon. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

A warm welcome awaites you in a very comfortable and vrey clean apartment. With a welcoming surprise as well. A bottle of wine, bacon, eggs, bread and butter and milk to welcome you. We loved the apartment, it is in the town and everything is near by.
In short we had a great holiday!! -

Comfortable, clean accomodation nothing lacking. Dvd player with a large collection of Dvd's came in handy for restful nights in, and a collection of books for avid readers. Ideally situated, plenty of pubs and restaurants, main shops 5 minutes away. Only downside is parking, space not gauranteed to be available if you go out for the day, although overnight parking in the harbour area is cheap enough. Highly reccomended.

Lovely apartment everything we needed was provided. Good location close to plenty of restaurants, beach etc. The only downside was the parking, as this was limited, so sometimes we had to go to a nearby car park and pay to park. This didnt spoil our holiday though.

Nice flat with good facilities apart from bed in second bedroom which was uncomfortable from the start & broke on 4th night. Lots of space and great range of books to swap or leave a donation for. Lovely Italian Restaurant in the town, very good prices, excellent food and service, very accomodating also.
