What Past Guests Are Saying
Ideal for children
Safe environment for young children with plenty to do on site and other families to play with. Relaxed atmosphere and hosts were always helpful and available for advice about surrounding places to visit. A very family friendly rental with excellent accommodation.
Welwyn Garden City
Family of 7 enjoying a week in the sun
Arrived to friendly welcome from Sandy, even thought we were later than planned! Thank god for the welcome pack so could feed the hungry hoards. Clean and tidy cottage, spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms so even with 2 adults and 5 kids, never a queue. Pool, trampoline and garden well used by all. Enjoyed the local pizza pasta restaurant recommended very much, excellent value for money, gorgeous food. The only small downside was no TV In Olympic week, still regular Internet updates were a compensation. Would go back for sure
I rented three of the gites for my wifes Birthday celebration and the location, size and layout of the properties was great. We had no complaints at all and I am sure we will return in the future.
Sharon & Jon Flett
a tranquil break in beautiful suroundings, with friendly hosts
This is our fifth or sixth visit, and every one is as memorable as the last. We love the rurul, peaceful location. The hosts Sandy & Barrie, which we have now got to know are really friendly they have always given great service, the Gite is cosy and comfortable, with your own use of a BBQ, swimming pool and lots of other things to do, e.g walking, fishing or just plain old relaxing. Our favourite part is the beautiful location "truly idyllic"
