This detached property has been recently refurbished and the three bedrooms, spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen have been decorated to a high standard. This sympathetically renovated bungalow on the edge of Illogan Downs is only four miles from Camborne and two miles from the stunning, sandy beaches at Portreath. The cottage also comes with the use of a lawned garden – great for eating out on a summer evening, enjoying ball games with the family or simply reading a book. This bright, practical home-from-home comes with ample off road parking, a garage and is able to sleep a total of five people over three bedrooms – o...ne double, one twin and one with adult bunk beds – making it a great location to holiday with family, or a few close friends.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven (gas hob), microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, video, radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Ample private parking with garage. Lawned garden with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Village shop and pub 0.5 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  the property is fairly central to alot of places of interest. portreath beach is not to far away about 5 minutes drive.also in portreath is a wonderful pub/restuarant called bassett arms. food is great and fairly priced. supermarket is not that far away either. pub down the road is in easy walking distance. really nice and comfortable bungalow to stop in.

  A prefect holiday was spent at this property with the location just ideal for reaching most places of interest within just a few miles The property is set in a lovely rural area with some beautiful walks particually at Tehidy Country Park. Just a shame there are no animals allowed
