A family or two couples can relax in this beautiful Italian Villa and either enjoy the sea views from the villa or relax at the nearby beach. The villa is immaculately yet comfortably furnished. It was recently built and has a classic style. It is on the Capoberta hill area and has a wonderful view of the Italian Riviera. It is easy to walk to the nearest town of Imperia to pick up grocery supplies or mingle with the locals while dining at the various restaurants.
(2,400 m2) It is about 50 meters from another villa but the outside areas are divided and completely private. There is well kept grass all around the villa and it is surrounde...d by cypress and olive trees. The villa faces the sea. There is a terrace that is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbeque. There is parking on the property for three cars.
(370 m2) + (130m2 basement)
Ground Floor: The villa opens up into a big living area with comfortable sofas and fireplace. It has a dining room with table and chairs that can seat 8 people. The living room has access to the terrace and garden area. It has a fireplace for cozy evenings. There is also a TV room with satellite TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen is large and well lit and has a breakfast table and chairs, as well as an oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The large terrace is accessible from the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the main entrance. The south side faces the sea and garden; the north faces a garden area. There is also a porch accessible from the kitchen and the TV room. There is a small laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom.
First Floor: Access to the first floor is either through the lift or staircase (18 steps). There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has a queen size (160 cm mattress) and en-suite bathroom with shower. It has access to a little terrace facing the sea. The second bedroom has a large single bed (120 cm mattress). Two of the remaining bedrooms each have two narrow single (80 cm mattress) beds, most appropriate for young people. There is a final single room with a narrow (80 cm mattress) bed, most appropriate for young people. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs on the first floor.
Second Floor: Access to the second floor is either through the lift or first floor staircase (19 steps). The attic roof is sloping. There is a big family room with a couch, chairs, and antique table. It has access to a furnished outside terrace. The terrace has an amazing view over the sea and Imperia-Porto Maurizio. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms is a double room with a queen size (160 cm mattress) bed. The other bedroom has a small bedroom with a single narrow (80 cm mattress) bed most appropriate for a young person.
Basement: The basement, which has a gym, can be accessed externally from the garden or though the house lift or 17 steps down the staircase.
The villa is located in the northwest end of Italy and is very close to Monaco and France. It is in the town of Imperia. Restaurants, shops, and a grocery store are within walking distance from the villa. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to town or the beach along a pedestrian footpath or the main road. To reach the beach, you go down 130 steps before coming to Via Aurelia (the beginning of the town); after you cross the road, it is another 300 meters downhill (remember that the return to the villa will be uphill!) to both public and private beaches (mostly gravel/rocky). The villa is about 50 meters from another villa but the outside areas are divided and completely private. For the sandy beach you need to drive a few minutes by car to Imperia Porto Maurizio.

Fantastic. The owners/caretakers were generous with their time. Helpful with any minor questions. The view is amazing and the villa spectacular.
The villa is modern and clean. All amenities are available, including beach towels, lounge chairs on the multiple decks with umbrellas.
Laura loves to cook. Without asking, the first night she made us Sangria. The second, a zucchini pie that was to kill for. A few days later, when we asked for the recipe she invited us into her home next door and made it with us. Amazing...

You can walk to the town, which is quite nice. The beach is also within walking distance as are the restaurants. There is a large modern supermarket, shopping abounds and the adjoining towns have terrific beaches where for a nominal fee you can rent both chairs with cushions and umbrellas.
