Please NOTE: The city of Imperial Beach requires us to write a lease for a minimum of one month. If you cannot stay this long, we can negotiate a rebate for nights that you do not use. However, there is a $4900 minimum. The normal monthly rate is $6000.
This 2000+ square foot unit is furnished with everything you need for luxury living. It has three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths (one with Jacuzzi), and a fabulous view of the Pacific Ocean. The beach is 15 feet from your door !

Our condo is located right on the beach a few blocks south of downtown Imperial Beach, and a few blocks north of the last property south on the west coast of the United States. You can watch surfers and dolphins from the living room. From the door to the patio it is about 8 feet to the steps that lead down to the beach. On the street side of the condo, you can see Tijuana. Across the street is a large wetland park. It is walking distance to several restaurants.

Although the stay shows as June, 2010, our family has stayed in this condo for several months each of the last 6 years. It is exceptional. The view from the whole living area is incredible. Walk out the back door and you are on the beach withing a few steps. The floor plan is very good and it is easy to live in. Just like home with a dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer and all the little extras. Plenty of room for guests. The condo is one of eight in a three story building with underground parking. A big plus is many of the other seven condos are occupied full time by the owners themselves and they are all outstanding people who are fun to be around. Security, elevator. and management make for a care free stay. The Imperial Beach community along Seacoast Drive is a great and typical beach community. We have spent many summers prior in Coronado, and this is so much better. We are anxiously planning to return soon.

This luxurious large condo is peaceful,tranquil, and the ocean is "part of the home"-the entire front of the home consists of windows and the ocean can be viewed whether you are in the kitchen, eating in the dining room, relaxing in the living room, or sitting on the front patio which has a stairway to the sand!The master suite is elegant, including large bedroom, walk-in closet and huge bathroom with shower and seperate large jaccuzi bathtub! One of the guest rooms is located away from the master suite so that privacy is maintained. The location of the condo provides a beach with few people, yet close enough to access the town and pier. The neighbors are extremely friendly and the undergroung parking is safe and convenient and there is an eleavator to your floor!We have stayed here twice and are returning for a month this summer! The sunsets are spectacular and the dolphins frolic in the ocean twice a day. It is unlike any other vacation home we have ever lived in!
