Villa Maris is located in quiet and beautiful countryside on the hills of Impruneta, at 20 minutes drive by car to Florence (about 12 km) and 50 minutes from Siena. The Property is 7 hectares big which possess wood, olive trees plantation, garden, flowers and swimming pool and one can walk inside or outside if preferred, in a pleasant country surrounding. The nearest beach is at 1hour and a half by car. Nearby there are several pizzerias and trattorias. There many vineyards nearby. The villa was built in the 15th century and still shows a characteristic Renaissance style, is on three levels. The main entrance of villa Maris leads to two commu...nicating big living rooms furnished with ancient furniture and a fireplace. A small gallery nearby leads to the guest bathroom and french windows in both rooms open directly onto the garden. A lovely 15th century staircase with \"pietra serena\" arches leads to the upper floor where the master bedroom, a single bedroom, a small drawing room and two bathrooms are situated, all with view on the garden and on gorgeous Tuscan countryside. From the landing of the lower level depart two different areas; the guest area in one direction and the kitchen area in the other. The guest area includes 2 bedrooms and 2 corresponding bathrooms.A well decorated gallery leads to the large kitchen, furnished with traditional old pieces of furniture. There is also a service room with washing and drying machines.
