This a three bedroom 2 bath condo that is very centrally located which can sleep up to 8. At entry there is a half flight upstairs to the living room, dining area, kitchen and one bedroom (queen bed) with one full bath in hallway. There is a slider out to a wood deck with gas BBQ, and a table with 3 chairs. There is a new 42" LCD HDTV which is swivel wall mounted to provide viewing in either the living or dining room The cable has HD channels and DVR to record programs/sports events for later viewing. This was our second year that we rented Unit 32 in the High Sierra complex. We found the unit to be quite comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed.
Parking spaces are quite narrow so we used the garage to insure that our rental car did not get dented.
It would be helpful if there were instructions as to how to turn the TV on and off. We finally figured it out.
We would recommend this unit to anyone.
We still liked the unit across from the Hyatt that we rented in prior years.
The rental office staff were great and helped us with any problems that arose and allowed us to use thier computer on several occasions.

We liked the unit. We had trouble with the TV and DVD however. It took us a while to get it working correctly. It had to do with the cable box. Since it was Blue Ray, we could not watch Dvds that we brought. We wish it was closer to the beach. The screen door to the master bedroom was off and laying in the backyard. We were able to reinstall it Otherwise, it was a good unit.

The home was very welcoming and the amenities were as expected. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to stay here or any other homes managed by Incline Vacation. We thank you for the great time we've had. Of course, coming home to a nice warm home after skiing helped a lot!
