SPACIOUS 1800 SQ FT TOWNHOUSE WHICH SLEEPS 8 COMFORTABLY IN THREE BEDROOMS PLUS A LARGE LOFT. KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. THE LOFT ABOVE THE LIVING ROOM HAS A TRNDLE BED AND GAME TABLE PLUS TV AND DVD. THREE ADDITIONAL TVS AND DVD/VCRS. MOUNTAIN SHADOWS HAS TWO POOLS AND JUST A FEW BLOCKS TO THE PRIVATE BEACH, SKI AREA AND HYATT CASINO.

This is in Incline Village, N.Lake Tahoe, where little action is. This is why we chose it. It is a huge place. It was very clean but a bit dated which we don't mind at all. The only thing it needs is new carpet. Lots of stains that unable to get out and due to being in a ski area, suppose this is normal. If you have a problem with stairs, this is not the place for you. This is good for a large group. It is a short drive to the beach. The kitchen is stocked very well and lots of staples to use as people just leave what they do not open or use there. It was quiet. No view. The decks are very small.

Santa RosaGreat Family Vacation Rental!

This summer my family experienced an incredible week at this outstanding Mountain Shadows townhouse. Not only was it very well equipped but it seemed the owners thought of everything one could want or need. We had every conceivable utensil, from a salsa maker to a popcorn popper. The refrigerator even had basic staples supplied. The storage area in the garage had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and also fun things for the Winter snow. It was just a short walk to one of the private beaches along the lake and also near one of the two Mountain Shadows pools. The large loft was a great getaway for our children with a TV and DVD. I would definitely recommend this large unit. It was wonderfully equipped and a great value.
