Our place is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping center, beaches, movie theater, bowling alley, and Starbucks. The Hyatt Resort Casino is about a 10 minute walk from our place. We have one covered parking space for our unit. Visitor parking is available. 1/4 mile down the street is a Recreation Center with Olympic size swimming pool, exercise room, basketball court and ping pong table. Tennis courts are located near the Rec Center. Our IVGID card gives you discounted access to the Rec Ctr and beaches. Diamond Peak and Mt Rose ski areas are close by and have great hiking trails when the snow is gone.

Located in a small condo complex close to everything in Incline. This beautifully furnished, nearly new conso is a perfect summer and winter property at a great value. Owners are a pleasure to deal with, the bedrooms are spacious with new bedding, the common area is cheerful with access to a private patio, the baths have high-end finishes and the kitchen is bright with every accessory needed to prepare meals. Our Incline Village favorite in summer and winter!!
