Recently upgraded! Great location! Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this spacious 3-bedroom, 2 ½- bathroom condo at the attractive, popular, centrally located and well-maintained McCloud complex.
In 2012, owner installed a new gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and sink in the kitchen and countertops in the bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms and hall have upgraded flooring. Enjoy the quiet Bosch dishwasher, dual oven (one is convection) and ceramic stove top. A great place for a cozy family or group dinner. Incline Village is considered by many to be the most attractive place on Lake Tahoe. Have fun walking along the lake and viewing the lovely homes and views. You'll enjoy the easy, 2-block walk to the beach, the Hyatt (and Hyatt Casino), shops and dining. Also walk to basketball courts, skateboard park, and the Incline Recreation Center with its full-service gym, indoor basketball court, and 6-lane pool.
Skiers can enjoy Incline Village’s Diamond Peak Ski area. Bus transportation is available to Alpine Meadows and Northstar. Incline Village is also a short Drive to Mount Rose.
The Tahoe Area Rapid Transit Bus stops nearby and runs along the north shore and west shore to Meeks Bay.

The 13% is a county tax. There is a $50 booking fee THAT IS WAIVED FOR JANUARY BOOKINGS. Please ask the agent about 7th night free and any coupons or discounts they offer at the time. The security deposit is refundable. We have expanded basic TV channels with free-on-demand movies and DVR. If you reallly want a particular channel while you are there, let the agent know and we can order it during your stay.

Left on 05/13/2013 for a stay in September 2012
The condo is located in a beautiful, quiet, and well manicured community with very nice footpaths to and from the parking lot. It's also close to the beach, stores, bowling alley and the Hyatt. The kitchen is well lit and roomy with new appliances. The double oven is great. It was nice to experience a "quiet" dishwasher for a change. Washer and dryer look new. Nice hot tub outside the unit. Enjoyed the large HD TV w/DVR and the cozy gas fireplace. Bedrooms are upstairs which is nice for late sleepers and adds additional privacy. I would definitely stay there again.
