Malibunice clean close to casino and slopoes condo

We love 999 Lakeshore Drive condos. A wonderful homelike experience for my family- we've been coming for many years. My biggest complaint was the washer/dryer didn't work and I was not notified of it before we took the rental- this would have been a dealbreaker for me. Fortunately the mgmt company gave us the use of a washer/dryer in a unit located 100 yards away. Other than this item, it was a perfect vacation

Incline Vacation Rentals was a joy to work with they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the areas and the rental. The rental condo was just what we wanted, but really freaked out about the black mold in the unit. Would contact Incline again but not stay at that unit unless the black mold was addressed the other items already listed in the checklist were minor. Thank you.

Really good, only one issue about the lavatory on the last day, but minor.
It would also be nice to receive confirmation of the refund of deposit- still to hear on that front.
Thank you very much for a good experience, I am very likely to recommend to friends and come again.

It`s our second time staying at the Lakeshore properties.
This unit completely met our expectations - it was exactly what was advertised. It was clean and had everything necessary. So we would rate our experience as "excellent" and would definitely recommend it to other renters.
The staff of Vacation Rental office (Karen Viel and the rest) were very helpful in getting the best deal for this property and flexible on the check out time. So thank you! Looking forward to staying at the Lakeshore properties again.
