3 bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 twins), 3 baths, spa tub in master, large deck off master downstairs and off living room upstairs, small deck off upstairs bedroom. Living room has flat screen TV. Nice lakeviews, but quiet because in 1st row back rather than on water. Private beach in complex, close to Hyatt and restaurants. Approx. 1,440 Sq. Ft. Sorry no pets!

I very much enjoyed my time at the condo in Incline - it was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Roomy and well appointed rooms, not to mention the awesome Lake View as a bonus! Next time we are in Tahoe I will definitely use your services again and I will recommend Incline Vacation Rentals to our friends and colleagues as well.

We were very pleased with this particular unit and the staff at Incline Vacation Rentals. The master bedroom view was beautiful. The unit was comfortable and clean. The furnishings were attractive. The only problem worth mentioning was the hot water, which didn't last long (not enough to fill the bathtub once). We couldn't find the TV remote for the upstairs bedroom, but all the other electronics worked fine. Tom was very courteous and attentive. We would reserve this unit again and recommend Incline Vacation Rentals without reservation.

Prime location a few steps from the lake and beach. The accommodation needs some attention however - several items either not working, partially serviceable or need replacement. Carpets need a serious clean/replacement. Crockery is an assembly of bits and pieces and very well used. If you can afford to stay here, you will certainly notice these items

Broken Stool at counter adult fell went to the floor.
TV in living room had no sound.
Master Bedroom bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood.
Hot waster was a issue also.
