The condo was what we expected. Comfortable. Cute decor. Welcome basket on the counter. Cute back patio and nice grill. Kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, bowls etc. There are some toys in the living room. The pool was a big plus for the kids - nice size, almost always empty, heated. The owners should considering upgrading their tv. The master bedroom headboard looks sort of attractive, but it's strange with lots of nails coming out.
When we got in to the place, we found that the extra chairs we were promised for the patio table weren't there. They took care of it that night. We needed extra pillow cases. They took care of it the following day.
Our biggest complaint was that the home wasn't very clean. We found garbage under the master bed and noticed that the bathroom counters were only partially cleaned. Various parts of the home look dusty or dirty. This was disappointing, especially since Pullen's cleaning fee is higher than condos without a management company.
We found the associates at Pullen to be helpful and responsive and would consider using them again.

We stayed at this cabin in Incline Village, during NYE weekend, and they were by far the cheapest and most luxurious of all that I searched for (and I spent a good 2 hours looking everywhere for a deal). The process was painless, and the customer service was excellent. Pullen just made a returning customer!

what a wonderful home away from home. Great service by Pullen Rental Group, wonderful home for my family to spend a week in Tahoe. It even had a pack n play and baby gate at the top of the stairs, which was great for our 10-month-old. Also loved the gift basket waiting for us after a long day's travel from Hawaii. When we go back to Tahoe, we will definitely request this place again.

I have to say at the Marriott Timber lodge which is beautiful... but they wanted $760 a night over xmas and their weren't too many places available so we grabbed this one. My wife was bit worried... the kids too as i prepared them for life away from a 60" flat screen. We were all pleasantly surprised with it. They had everything their as far as flatware and cooking utensils and other odds and ends that you acquire with time and a variety of people and their specific desires. The rental company the Pullen Group where excellent communicators. It is funky looking 70's tahoe condo on the outside :)

Nice location to stay but the condo is older and could use some remodeling and maybe new beds as they were not so comfortable. The cleaning fee is to high and then we are asked to clean up before we leave. All in all ok.
