Diamond Peak Chalet is a charming, well appointed home in the heart of Incline Village. This home is within minutes of Diamond Peak Ski Resort in Incline Village, with Mt. Rose, Heavenly, Northstar and Squaw Valley near by. After a long day on the slope you can ease into the HOT TUB to warm up and relax.

We were within walking distance to the store as well as the Hyatt hotel.
The area was very quiet. The hot tub is in the front yard as opposed to the back o privacy is a bit tougher -

I loved the many games,toys and movies that were at the condo for us to use. We were visited by grand kids while there and so there were things for them to do.
Two things that we were not pleases with were the lack of towels in the condo. There were only 2 bath towels per bathroom. More towels should have been available (stashed in a closet, perhaps), especially since the condo has a hot tub and there is a beach close by. We were washing towels to keep up with usage. The other was the passes to the Incline Village "private" beaches that were included in the condo were outrageously high priced. $12 for adults and $4 for kids. Really? Since we had family staying at the Hyatt, we were able to go to the Hyatt private beach. What a disappointment! So terribly crowded that we didn't stay. Someone mentioned that the other "private" Incline beaches were worse, so we were glad that we decided not to pay to go to another crowded "private" beach. There doesn't seem to be anything "private" about them, so why the exclusivity? I've been to Sand Harbor beach on the other end of the lake in the past and it seemed to be much less crowded than Incline's. -

Stayed 4 nights with family. The location was good, the house was clean and well stocked. Nicely set up for 3 couples. Towels were a bit sparse, however, I can't say we had any real complaints.

Diamond Peak Chalet*Dog Friendly* Near Skiing* was a good fit for our group. We have been traveling to Tahoe every year for over 40 years. Do to some unforeseeable circumstances, we had to book at the last minute. I found this vacation home by chance. We have never taken a pet before, and we were lucky it was a very lovely home. The kitchen was supreme. We are sports fans and the big screen had an appeal, however the upstairs kitchen, dining, and family rooms were popular too.
We hiked, swam in the lake, and enjoyed Incline's gym and tennis facilities. The WiFi was a nice feature for our group. We could spread out and relax in a pleasant setting.Thank you -

The home is very comfortable and close to everything in Incline Village. In fact, my 7 y.o. daughter and I walked back from Diamond Peak after a day skiing. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked kitchens in a vacation rental home I've ever seen. Wi-Fi and children's games were a bonus for everyone. Pullen Realty was so gracious in handling our reservation--they were a real pleasure to work with. My wife and I don't say it too often about vacation rentals, but we would definitely consider coming back to this house. All this house needs is a hot tub and it would be absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay and even our dog felt right at home quickly. Beds were very comfortable and furnishings were very nice. Very nice welcoming basket with goodies was a nice touch. Pullen Realty graciously allowed us early check in since there were no other tenants there on our check in day. My only complaint is that there were not adequate towels. In the master bath there were 2 bath towels but only one washcloth, one handtowel and no bath mat. There were no extra towels in the closets. We took an extra washcloth from another bathroom, but since there were 6 guests, some went without a washcloth or hand towel.
