Sleeps 11 - its 3 bedrooms and 2 are all bunk beds. We had less coming than we expected so there were only 3 adults, 1 teens and 2 11-yr olds. So having the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs was perfect for us. Would come back again.
