  Good times at Sea Ridge

  This was our first time renting with EIR, and we thought they were very nice and professional. This townhouse is in a nice quiet location in Indian Beach not far from the aquarium, with great breezes and views of the ocean. The condo was clean, the kitchen was updated, and it was very comfortable for our family of three. The best part of the townhouse was being able to walk out of the house and onto the beach. We could leave our stuff setup all day and not have to lug it back and forth.
  
  The main downside to this house is the adjacent decks don't have any privacy/divider walls. Luckily there were no other people in the adjacent townhouses, so we had total privacy on our deck.

  A lovely home in great condition and very livable for 6 people. Location is great and easy access to the beach. I wish someone had told us how the linen service worked. Kind of a surprise that there were no sheets on the beds. I wondered what tht bag in the hall was. Lol 10am checkout comes way too early.
  
  Nc aquarium was superb as both an attraction and the rehearsal dinner. Ate Sunday brunch at Stillwater in Beaufort; 5 star!
