Beautiful place!

our 4th year in a row in Grande Villas. Unit 3-I was our favorite yet! Units are starting to show their age a bit and this one could use new carpeting. Overall this unit was beautifully appointed. Lots of creature comports and loved the warm colors. Nice to have a blur ray player and Sony Bravia Tv's were touch of class.
We will be looking to stay in same unit next year.
Would like to see more variety at pool in terms of food choices.

This was our second stay at the grande villas. This year we stayed in unit 3I which has a much better ocean view than the unit we stayed in last year. Our general experience was satisfactory. There were however a number of deteriorated services from last year at the complex. No 1. The pool side loungers are reserved early in the morning by mysterious people who fail to show up. Leaving the poor suckers who have not figured out what the game is to sit on the ground while watching empty recliners. No 2. The same appears to be true for the beach side recliners. No. 3 The availability of poolside towels has disappeared. One is now given 4 towels for the entire week. No 4. Wasting one's time to checkout. Being forced to drive 15 minutes back to Emerald Isle Realty to return worthless key cards and pool side wrist bands is an imposition on a buzy check put morning. No 5. Food residue on all the dishes, glassware and silverware calls the cleanliness of the condo into question. No 6. Given the fact that each rental is in excess of 3000 dollars per week, it should be possible to provide cooking equipment and appliances of comparable quality to the condo eg please replace the $20 oyster blender which does nothing and the cheap knife set. Other than that we had a good time.

Absolutely the nicest condo my family has ever stayed in.

This condo is magnificent. The view is spectacular. The balcony is completely private which was really nice. The staff was very helpful both at the Grande Villas and Emerald Isle Realty. Another great feature is that you do not have to bring umbrellas or chairs. They actually set them up and take them down each day. Beds are super comfortable too. Obviously we were very impressed and certainly plan to stay there the next time we vacation in the area. Thank you! My kindle would not allow me to choose 5 stars only 3 but if definately deserves 5.

Like Staying at a 5 Star Resort

We love the Sobx and have been vacationing there every summer for over 10 years. This time we chose Grande Villas because we wanted to have more of a resort experience. It was a great choice! The 3-I Villa is very nicely appointed and the view is fantastic. The 2 bedroom size Villa was spacious and perfect for two couples to share. The staff at GV is very helpful and friendly. We plan to return to GV next year.

Condo was great. View was beautiful. Check in with Emerald Isle Realty was problematic. After driving 13 hours from New York we received the check in package from Emerald Isle Realty. After arriving at the parking lot of Grande Villas we noticed that the parking space numbers printed on the check in package did not exist. When we went to the condo itself the keys did not work. Upon finally getting someone to open the door we were greeted by the maids who just started cleaning the room at 7:00PM. We were told the room would be available at 4:00PM. In spite of Emerald Isle Realty we still ahd a good time.

Our housekeepers do strive to ready all properties by the 4 p.m. check in time but they do have until 6 p.m. to complete their work. I'm very sorry to hear that someone didn't get to your villa until 7 p.m. This is not at all typical and I speculate it was caused by a delay at another villa. Thank you for your feedback, I'll be forwarding it to our housekeeping department. As for your keys, fortunately keys are made at Grande Villas so we can correct a key mishap with ease.
