Our stay was very relaxing. The staff at Grand Villas were all very nice and very responsive to our needs. Would like to especially point out Ron from EI Reality. Although not an employee for the the Villas, you would think he was the way he went out of the way to make me and my family very comfortable. He is a great ambassador for the Grand Villas, you should make every effort to hold on to him. He is a good one..

How beautiful and pleasant! And as much as it breaks my heart to see a "high rise" building there, it really is an example of how to do things well. VERY nice furniture (not sure I'd recommend for a family with young kids tho -- glass tables, nice fabrics everywhere, etc) and very nice facility at every turn. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ask the fire dept (directly across the street) to please refrain from testing all their sirens, bells, whistles until after 9 instead of 7:50 - 8:30 am.

This is a nice facility. The staff was all new and didn't seem to know much, although they were nice and did their best. The "cafe" at the pool is much less than one one expect at a first class resort. It's menu is miniscule, food is "microwave specials" and there is no bar.
I would recommend for a family vacation. I would rate it about 2, perhaps 3 stars.
