Pros:
Condo was nicely furnished & decorated.
Great views from balcony & comfortable furniture.
Large, upscale master bathroom.
Well stocked kitchen and nice washer & dryer.
Beautiful, well-manicured, resort-style development with a pretty beach.
Terrific amenities throughout development from free beach chairs/umbrellas to pool area to exercise room to the wonderfully fun & free game room.
Very quiet and peaceful.
Cons:
Living/dining area does not sufficiently accommodate 6 people. The small dining table only seats 4 & is pushed up against the kitchen counter. The table is also very close to a living room chair. No kitchen counter seating.
Master bedroom carpeting was stained and needed to be cleaned.
No drapes/curtains in back two bedrooms. This let in too much light from an outside light fixture at night. We had to buy tablecloths to temporarily cover up during our stay.
Master bathroom shower leaks at bottom - had to place towels underneath to mop up water after showers.
Poor quality linens.

Great time w/family-great weather, memories, food, and a wonderful place to stay. This is our second time at the Grand Villas and I'm hoping to come back next year. The only thing I would change is to have the baby pool modified with "lighter" fountains and more shade areas at the pool.

Spent a week at Grande Villas with 2 kids (2 and 7 yrs old) and grandparents. Everyone agreed it was the best place we have ever stayed! The condo was very high end especially the beautiful flooring, kitchen, and tvs. The whole week I was there I could not get over the views from the living room and balcony and even the view from the baby pool was incredible. It was the little extras that made this place special like beach chairs set up and put away for you each day, never having to wait for an elevator, convenience of pool side bar/food. The area itself is easy to drive around in, no traffic, no long waits at restauarants. Perfectly relaxing!!!
Check-in was a nightmare but it usually is. Arrived in town at 9am did not get into our place to 6:30 pm. Drives me crazy because we pay for that day. -

Stayed here with my husband,daughter/son in law/ 2 grandkids 7 and 2
The condo was perfect ,lots of room,top notch appliances,cooking and serving pieces.
Loved the view from our balcony and easy elevator ride down to pool and beach. had plenty of lounge chaises and umbrellas set up on beach although they did gather them up at 5:00 and we like to stay out on beach a little later. You can put them away yourselves but kinda heavy.
Even had grocery carts you can bring to your condo so you don't have to lug a weeks worth of groceries up the elevator.
We love to cook and were great seafood stores with catch of the day very near by. Also restaurants close by with great food.
Had night swimming at pool and a nice firepit to end the evening.
I am hoping to go back again next year. -

Our family was so pleased with this oceanfront villa.
Very clean and beautifully furnished; and the landscaping around the building was very attractive.
Hauling luggage was easy because of the availability of the dollies and elevators.
Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels provided was such a plus.
The pool was refreshing, especially for our grandchildren; and being able to order lunch or something to drink at the cafe was very convenient.
We look forward to renting this villa or another in the Grand Villas at Indian Beach.
Emerald Isle Realty did a fabulous job with our check-in and check-out! -

Well designed space. Outside corridors tended to be noisy at night over the weekend. Beach is fine. Environment outside property limits is ugly. Grocery store is a fair distance from property.
