Description from the owner
Rejuvenation is beachfront but a very private setting on the Gulf Coast of Indian Pass. The house occupies over 125' of beach frontage with a magnificent sand dune. The property has a depth of almost 500' which gives it a feeling of privacy. With 2 decks, one of which is opened top for complete privacy. A second one that is surrounded by a state of the art bug system for the pleasure of being outdoor. There are eagles in the trees and dolphins in the water plus an inhabited national wildlife reserve across the water. Vistas are in all directions.

We are on a remote stretch of land facing the gulf. St. Vincent National Wildlife Reserve is across the pass from us. The location makes Rejuvenation feel remote and private even though you are less than 20 minutes from Apalachicola which was just recently recognized as one of the top 12 historical destinations in the country. This is old Florida.

plus tax and a 250. refundable security deposit. Also pet fees. ALso July 4th week higher. Very short stays are expensive because of cost of maid service.
