This 2 bed cottage with 2 bathrooms is very spacious and well furnished and maintained. We arrived on a cool Saturday afternoon to find the central heating had been switched on for us , tea coffee and biscuits provided. The whole cottage was well equipped, iron and board, dishwasher tablets , washing up liquid. The owners were very helpful but not intrusive. Minus points: very small front garden (not private) and no rear garden. The hob was electric and very slow to heat. Otherwise an excellent holiday home very well situated for North and South coasts and East and West areas of Cornwall. You do need a car as it is situated inland and there is only one local bus and nothing to do in the immediate location
I have already sent you a review. However, the cottage was fine but badly loked after - Jammed patio doors, blown light bulbs, no cooker lights, frying pan so bad that we had to go out and buy another, flat batteries in the TV and video controls. Just lots of anoying things and there was no sign of the owner for the first few critical days.

Although the weather could have been kinder to us, this cottage more than made up for it.
It was always a pleasure to return to this clean well furnished and equipped cottage. There was certainly enough room for the four of us 3 adults and 1 teenager.
It’s as described in the brochure.
When we return to holiday in the Newquay area again I will not be looking at any other accommodation to stay in.
