From the moment we first saw this condo and met Jeff, we knew we had found the place where we want to spend our retirement months. The unit has everything and more than you could ever expect and the ocean view and sound of waves while sitting on the balcony, are "life time memory makers." But what seperates this rental far and away above any other you may explore up and down the gulf coast (and we have vacationed previously at many), is the dedication and pride of ownership that Jeff implements with this rental. His five star attention to detail and his treatment of his renters as " friends & family" rather than just a customer, shine through. We totally enjoyed this first experience and look forward to returning to Indian Rocks for many years to come.

The location is superb; IRB is a great seaside town; restaurants abound; the beach is very inviting. The view of the beach from the condo is gorgeous. The owner is a charming, conscientious fellow. Unfortunately, the condo itself is rather small and a bit tired. The living room sofas really leave something to be desired... soggy. It is an interior unit and, therefore, has limited sunlight inside. The balcony and kitchen are small. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. The condo complex is well managed. Green space is well maintained and inviting.

It was a pleasure to have met you, hope you enjoyed your vacation extension to Sanibel Island and my apologies I was unable honor your request to stay longer due to incoming guests.
I was sorry to hear the 1350 sq. ft., 3 bedroom / 2 bath unit was too small for the two of you. Additionally, I will Query our interior decorator, present guests and those in the coming months to solicit ideas in possibly making the condo more "lively".
With all due respect however, the condo has been updated in the past several years from its original decor to include new tile, kitchen appliances/cabinetry, contemporary wares, washer/dryer, unit fully painted/plaster, walk in tiled shower, window blinds, electronics, new linens, towels, mattresses and installation of UV air sanitizer in the HVAC unit.
I do agree with your opinion of the oversized couches. We do have a new dual leather reclining ensemble for replacement and would have had it in place, however, our long time guests coming in soon have specifically asked if we could keep the present couches through their stay; The Husband has a history of lower back/pelvic issues with a recent surgery and through the past 5 years staying at the condo, has become quite reliant upon their comfort and cleanliness.
Thank you for mentioning the sunlight issue. I will also remind our guests to feel free opening the triple sliding door interior blinds leading to the balcony and bedroom blinds to allow sufficient light into the unit. Have a safe trip back home ladies, hopefully you will miss the snow!

OH BTW. Housekeepers noted after your departure that it appeared "Buzzy" chewed a hole in the back of one the throw pillows on couch and chewed the back corner of the throw rug in the master bedroom. No worries though ( both being replaced), but worthy of mentioning for stays at future locations. -

The condo was wonderful. It was furnished beautifully and was very comfortable. It also a beach view which made the experience even better. I will remember my stay because it was so good.

We spent 5 weeks this year in Jeff's very comfortable condo and we are going back next year. It was the best time we've had in many years of visiting Florida. Jeff was very attentive to our needs and very generous in all our dealings with him. He takes great pride in his place and it shows. The condo is extremely well-equipped and beautifully laid out. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The views of the gulf and pool area are spectacular. The breezes off the water made a very warm month extremely comfortable. The building and the grounds are beautifully kept. This one rates a 10+ in all respects!!! Thanks, Jeff.

We don't know where to begin with our wonderful ,personable visit to unit 407.From the minute Jeff greeted us in the parking lot and took us to his unit we began our month journey of tranquility.The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of home.The decorating was tastefully done as well as comfortable,no stuffiness.With the balcony door open you can hear the waves at night...What a way to fall asleep.The sunsets were amazing as we had our cocktails on the balcony.The location is perfect with access to everything you could possibly need or want.This unit is rated 5 stars,we give it a 10!!

Our stay in unit 407 was wonderful. Great view and very clean accomdations. Stand outs include the kitchen and all utensils, in-unit full size washer and dryer and a great complex with a very nice shared grilling area. We will return for a future stay.

Our stay at "Direct Gulf Front with awesome beach view" couldn't have been better. The condo was very, very clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room and the balcony overlooks the pool area and Gulf.. . just gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this Condo if you want a pleasant, relaxing vacation.

The condo was very clean, comfortable, updated...great place to stay. The view...breath taking!! Nothing better than waking in the morning to the sound of the ocean...having your coffee on the balcony, watching the tide come in. Great location. Plan on coming back very soon.

Recommendation by friends who stayed here; the living room and balcony views of the gulf are stunning, great complex and friendly people. The condo was spotless, My wife who is a bit of a germ freak and usually spends the first day of our trips cleaning the place never once picked a rag or the can of lysol.The owner, Jeff went out of his way and upon our arrival had a chilled bottle of wine, cheese and crackers for us. Very comfortable bed, updated and impeccably designed. We are already planning on going back later this year and taking our Daughter and Son in Law.
