Rental and communication through our entire process was excellent. Darrell is a caring owner who wants to share his slice of beach heaven with everyone. The condo is immaculate and well cared for with amenities commensurate with this rental class. The large screen TV, free Wi-Fi and comfortable space make this condo a winner. The condo is tastefully decorated and well provisioned. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and the second bath a large shower.The elevator that brings you up to the top floor balcony is a plus.
Location is excellent and within walking distance of great places to eat. This beach area is not over developed with huge hi-rises and most buildings are no taller than four floors.
You are on the top floor and have spectaclular beach views and relaxing on the balcony watching the sunset is not to be missed.
Why I can't give this a complete excellent rating. The condo is getting a bit worn. The featured leather sectional is pretty worn. Bathrooms with cracked tiles and slow drains. Pool area that needs new furniture. Beach supplies were worn and old. Beach umbrella was broken. No Beach Towels. Barbecue Grill was not functional. We had issues with kitchen appliances that Ben and Joyce the condo area contacts were very helpful and supportive in trying to remedy. However, you don't want to spend vacation time on issues.

We greatly appreciate the 4.5 star rating from this guest, and the compliments about our service to our guests. In the welcome phone call I have with every guest, I ask them to call me right away if anything is not perfect, so that we can correct it immediately. When we were called about the cracked coffee carafe, my property manager replaced it immediately with a spare coffee maker we keep for just such a purpose. Unfortunately, the guest did not tell us about the beach umbrella, the slow drain or the grill. The umbrella and drain have been corrected, and it turns out that he tried to use one of the other owner’s propane grill instead of the charcoal grill that the condo association provides for guests. The pool furniture is a year old but it needed some freshening and it has been scrubbed clean from top to bottom. The couch is just a matter of taste. Some people enjoy the comfort of leather that is not brand new, and some people like the looks of new things. The couch is in excellent condition and we receive frequent compliments about it. People tell us they love to sleep on it. We are trying to find a match for the cracked tile.

We had the pleasure of staying here the entire week before Thanksgiving. The pictures don't do it justice. It is by far the cleanest, most well equipped, well situated rental we've ever had. Not only is the beach great, the pool was clean and everything about the property was well cared for. Hubby and I really enjoyed the fact that it was so well situated that we could walk to a number of different restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed it so much, we both agreed it was our best vacation ever and are already planning to go back next year.

The accomodations were wonderful! The location on the beach was ideal and the sunsets were amazing. The unit was extremely clean and provided all the amenities that made the stay a real treat!

We enjoyed staying at the Sea Isles. We all had a wonderful vacation. The place was near delicious restaurants. It was very easy to get back and forth to the water since it was right on the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to hear the ocean from their beautifully decorated clean place and watch breath taking views from their own private balcony. The only thing I wish is that we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back next year.

My husband and I along with our 6 year old granddaughter had the pleasure of staying in Sea Isles Penthouse-J for a week. We had a great time. The unit has a wonderful view of the gulf and was very clean. The owner has given careful thought as to what is needed for guest to have a comfortable vacation. There was even a stool that my granddaughter could use when brushing her teeth or washing her hands. That may sound like a little thing but when traveling with a small child it is very important. We loved the underground parking and the elevator with a key that would take you to your own gulf side balcony. It was so convenient when we were unloading the car, bringing in the groceries or going to the pool or beach. The complex had a very nice gulf side pool and the owner supplied chairs and toys for the beach. Owner was great to work with and answered all my questions promptly. We were very pleased with the condo and would recommend it to others.
