Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, newer Condominium, direct Gulf-front in a private and well maintained 9 unit building. Everything is here for your vacation holiday. Our semi private beach is steps away waiting for relaxation in the sun, collecting shells, building sand castles, snorkeling, or plan to just float the day away in the Gulf of Mexico.
Our pool and hot tub are well maintained and serviced regularly with onsite maintenance personnel available year round. Also located at the pool area is a full-size BBQ grill with BBQ utensils and (2) tables for dining for 6 guests. Perfect for dinner at the pool.

You can't get any better than Sunset Vistas! The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the amenities one could ask for while on vacation. The balcony over looking the pool and beach was the perfect spot for having a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins swim by. The beachfront views are spectacular! The pool area is very nice and always kept up by a pool cleaner every morning.
My group was there the last week in april during the Biggest Beach Party Ever event sponsored by the city which takes place right in front of the condo on the beach. There are many vendors such as local restaurants and bars selling food and a DJ for dancing. Very fun!! The condo building itself is in a good location. There are several restaurants close by with-in walking distance. If you want a nice relaxing vacation right on the beach without all the touristy distractions, then Irb's Sunset Vistas is the place for you! -

Our family has been renting this unit for the last 6 years and we still love it! Every time we visit it is just as fun as the first time. Jamie is an awesome owner to work with. I can't say enough about Jamie and how fast she responds to emails or calls with questions. This unit is super for my family of 4 with plenty of room for guests to join us. The area has so much to offer and do. The beach is amazing! Can't wait to return this year.

We want to thank you once again for the wonderful time we had at your ocean front condo. Your place was clean and very homey. We were able to move in for the week and simply enjoy ourselves. With three bedrooms our and full kitchen we had so much room to spread out and relax.
From the balcony we saw dolphins frolicking by, a manatee lumbering by, a school of little stingrays and lots of sea birds. The sunsets were the absolute best. I just couldn't resist taking pictures of everything.
The local restaurants were great and John's Pass is just a short drive to take in some shopping and boat rides.
Jamie, you are so nice and friendly. You have become a friend for life. We can't wait to come back and relax again.

We have rented this unit for 4 years in a row during the "off season" time. We have had the best vacations at this unit. We have rented from several places prior to this unit, and have found it to be comfortable, clean, well-stocked, beautiful views, easy access to all our needs, and a wonderful rental manager! We travel with my in-laws and the layout is perfect for them to be close, yet have privacy. We take the 2 bedrooms that are closer together, and they take the master one that is set apart from the other two. Love it!!

What a great, relaxing and fun time we had. Starting your morning with coffee on the balcony was wonderful each day. The view from our balcony was spectacular all day long. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the morning and the sunsets at night right from our balcony. Our unit was well stocked with everything you might need. It was nice having beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit for us, what a great amenity for out of town guests. Usually we have to go and purchase them.
