This unit is in a great location on the beach and close to many good restaurants. We enjoyed walks on the beach every day, relaxing in the salt water pool, great fish meals at the local restaurants and siting on our lanai with a glass of wine while watching the sunsets. It's a large two bedroom condo but it is getting a little tired and could use some upgrading, especially the bedroom windows. There was a lot of noise in the bedroom at night from the road and bar across the street. The unit wasn't very clean and there weren't many cleaning supplies in the unit.

What can I say - amazing!!!
If you are looking for a relaxing stay in Indian Rocks Beach you won't be disappointed with this condo.
The view is the best I have ever seen from a rental property - watching the most beautiful sunsets from the balcony and dolphins in the sea while having breakfast.
We didn't want to leave!!!
The condo itself was great - very spaceous and well appointed, also very clean - everything you could want / need was provided.
Numerous good restaurants within walking distance / short drive.
The only slight downside for us was the noise from nearby restaurants / bars in the evening and traffic noise - we live in the country and are used to quiet - however this did not spoil our stay and if we are ever back in Indian Rocks we would stay here again. -

Are stay at Peir house was wonderful, not only did we love the condo we also enjoyed the area very much, are favorite place was PJs, the best crab cakes ever.We also enjoyed Guppys,we went there for my B-Day and had a lot of fun. All in all we can't wait to go back, hopefully soon!
