This condo was as we had expected. The pictures were accurate and representative of every part of the condo. It was a very good location for us, there were few people on the beach, it was really calm. We loved the large balcony, that came with a very good patio set. The only negative point about this condo would be the 2 bathrooms. They could be updated, but they were still really cleaned. Since the condo is located one the first floor, the noise from the early pool cleaning comes directely in the master bedroom which can be disturbing for people who are seeking for lazy mornings in bed or only good resting.

our stay at Indian Rocks in the Hamilton house was nothing less that wonderful. From the moment we walked in to the sad day we had to come home! Even before leaving for vacation the management did an awesome job at securing everything and making sure we had access as soon as we arrived. The rental was fabulous, very clean, the balcony was my favorite part, I could have sat out there all day long! The view is amazing all day and what a place to watch the sunset. Although the bathrooms need to be updated, it had absolutely no impact on the quality of our stay. There is a closet in the master bedroom full of beach "stuff". We contributed to it when we left also, but it made it so nice to have all of those things right there. The pool was great...the pool cleaning man was a bit noisy every am but he is doing his job right?
We enjoyed the location very much too, lots of good places to eat, have a beer or an icecream cone all within a short walk. The trolly stop is just one block down, works great, affordable.
I will absolutely be back!

We stayed a week with our 2 year old daughter and we all had a great time! Loved the location, view and decor. Several places to eat in walking distance and you can't be beat walking out a few feet to the beach. We had everything we needed here at the house (beach chairs, toys, rafts, etc.) Loved our vacation!!

Four of us vacationed in this two-bedroom condo, and the house was perfect for us. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the skies brighten over the Gulf; we prowled Gulf Blvd. in the evenings. Our intent was a wholly relaxing vacation after a particularly harrowing few years, and this vacation met our expectations and then some -- thanks, in part, to a great condo, excellent amendities, and convenient location.

This condo was spacious, comfortable, clean, and centrally located. It was easy to walk to the beach, to the grocery story or to a few quaint restaurants. I loved the view!

We especially enjoyed our first few days at the Hamilton House condo. Great porch overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Quiet and serene. However, during the second week there was loud noise from work being done on neighboring condos. Then, the beach reclamation project got going, and we had boats with bright lights shining all through the night. We did enjoy listening to the waves at night. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and well kept. However, we didn't understand why we had to supply our own cleaning supplies, paper towels and TP. Not a sign of being customer friendly.

The beach renourishment project is now finished and now the beach is very large and wonderful. The neighbor did do some work on their unit, but that work is now finished. We do supply the units with an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We do not supply those things for a tenants entire stay.

Parasdise! Beautiful condo, beautiful location, beautiful beach! The pool area was a little noisy at night, but all is forgiven when you see that view! We saw dolphins swimming by, and went to nearby Crystal River to swim with the manatees. Don't miss the Suncoast Bird Sanctuary too- amazing!

My family and I loved this location and proximity to the beach. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby, and although that cut into our sunny beach days, we loved shell hunting and watching the storm clouds over the ocean. The storm knocked out the phone and Wifi. I emailed the rental company just to let them know, and I couldn't believe it when they were there fixing it later that day. Loved that my 11 year old could go back to the condo for a drink by herself because we could watch her so easily. We will go back again.
