Charming cottage with a great location on the beach. Pet friendly. Recently Remodeled. Sleeps 6-7 comfortably. Bedrooms (2) both have new queen beds. Living room has 2 full size couches, with 1 being a sofa bed. Flat screen TV on the wall. Wireless Internet. Very spacious layout. Fully stocked kitchen. New bedding, pillows, towels etc. Large screened in patio with sectional sofa, lots of seating and dining areas. Bar-B-Q available. Long driveway will very easily fit your boat or motorhome. Walking distance to several local restaurants, parks, dog park and boat ramp to inter coastal.

Our Historic Cottage is in a very quiet and quaint area of Indian Rocks Beach, Fl. The Tampa airport is approximately a 30 min drive. Clearwater Beach is 10 mins up Gulf Blvd. We have plenty of
driveway and street parking.

If you are looking for a tastefully furnished cottage in a village setting, yet located only a few yards from wonderfully sandy beaches that go on for miles and many restaurants and local convenience store, look no further as the Blue Cottage more than fulfils that need. Not only is the interior spacious and stylishly furnished, but there is also an outside space with comfortable seating where you can relax with a glass of something and have a BBQ of an evening.
Shirley and her husband were most pleasant and quick to answer any queries you had. I very much hope to be able to return here again soon.
