Beautifully furnished 2br/2b poolside unit with ocean view and located conveniently on poolside level, with undercover reserved parking. Comfortably sleeps 6, each bedroom equipped with t.v. sets. A few steps to the beach, and located close to the Indian Shores bird sanctuary which is a "must see" for the children. Located close to Clearwater beach, historic Tarpon Springs, Ft.Desoto Beach and State park.a short drive to Tropicana field, Raymond James Stadium, St.Petersburg Million Dollar Pier, Busch Gardens and Caledesi State park and beach

We are located in a beautiful beach front condo, pool level patio, e/w gas grills for all condo guests to use. We are right next to a bird sanctuary which is an interesting place to take the children to visit. Lots of great restaurants in the proximaty, and a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg (Million Dollar pier) and the beautiful Sunken Gardens. Also close to Clearwater beach (about 10 miles north) and a short drive to the Largo mall (Shopping and movie theater) Busch Gardens is about 30 miles away. You are provided with undercover parking, and their is a Beach Trolley stop right in front of our condo which you can take you to most of the destinations listed for a nominal fee, if you do not have a car.

Amazing location of condo!!! Great Pool level unit! We Have stayed at the beach cottages regularly for the last decade but this has been our favorite spot! Decorated nicely, comfortable beds! Lots of space. Well equipped kitchen.
We have two toddlers and we loved being able to put them down for bed and nap and walk out to the pool (baby monitor in tote) and if we had to run in real fast we could, no dealing with elevator, we felt like the pool deck was just an extension of the condo. Also, FYI there is a high gate separating the condo's "balcony" from the pool deck and the kids could not open it by themselves, so the safety and the convenience are both there! perfect if you have kids! Also depending on the time of year, the "Black Skimmers" nest here and are in danger of becoming endangered, It is amazing to watch them on the beach they are beautiful! My kids loved it! I'm not sure, but I think by the sound of your last name that your husband may be Italian. If so let me mention 2 restaurants that if you haven't tried already you might want to explore. One is Galacci's on Gulf Blvd in Indian Rocks. A little pricey, but excellent. The other is Johnnies restaurant in Safety Harbor. This is on SR590 (go left on 590 from McMullen Booth road) in Safety Harbor.I highly recommend it. It is a family restaurant. If you do decide to go, ask for seats on the left side of the restaurant. They have a huge screen showing the most beautiful views of Italy from the air running continuosly -

A wonderful, clean everything you need condo. Felt like I was at home. We had 6 people and had more than enough room. The location is very nice, walking distance to the stores, Very friendly and peaceful surroundings. Walk right out the patio to the pool deck, and beach. I am a condo owner myself but they weren't available for me to use, this was like being in my own home. Wonderful owners to deal with, made everything clear and easy to understand. You've got to try this beach cottage !

This is our go-to condo year after year. Beach Cottages is the only condo that I know of that have balconies that walk out directly to the pool deck. The convinence of a unit like that is priceless. The owner has always been easy to work with. We are a family of five and have more than enough room to be comfortable for the week. We will continue to rent from Mr. Spano for years to come.

P.S. I didn't know my toaster was defective (bread didn't pop up when done) until we went to use it. It has been replaced
