Indian Shores, Upper Gulf Coast, Florida, USA (2 Blocks from World Famous Salt Rock Grill & 2 blocks from The Pub!) Very close to miniature golf. On the Sun Trolley line, and across the street, steps from the public beach access.
We think our place is ideal, because it is in the heart of all the beach activity, (right on Gulf Blvd.) but a more affordable option if you don't mind walking across the street to access the sugar-sand beach. As you relax on the patio-deck, you can enjoy a cookout with the electric grill and patio dishes, as well as beautiful sunrises overlooking the inter-coastal waterway and the mangrove conservation preserve.

This was a great place, we had all the amenities of home provided! It was so close to the beach, and if we were not on the beach or in the pool we used the bus service to visit other beaches along the Gulf. Absoulutly beautiful area! This was the best vacation my family had!

Thank you so much for sharing our place with us we had a great time. Everything was wonderful. We felt right at home. So relaxing and the beautiful sunset on the beach was amazing. You provided everything that a person or family would need. We did everything that we had planned from going to the Tampa Ray baseball game, to a pontoon boat ride to see the dolphins,shopping, Fishing, or just sitting on the beach and swimming in the pool. It was a relaxing vacation one we needed for a long time. Thank again Randy and Karen Ortiz

My husband and I took our first trip together to Florida and hope to return with our 4 kids...it was amazing! We instantly relaxed when we walked onto the beautiful beach. The condo was also very relaxing and felt like home with all the included amenities. We chose to eat at the many local restaurants, but everything was available to make meals too. We can't decide if our favorite part of the vacation was the crab omelets at Crabby Bill's or the breathtaking sunsets at night. We loved our stay at "Just Be" and cannot wait to bring our family back soon.

My family and I just stayed here. We loved it. We felt just like we were at home. Very clean and pleasant place. You highly recommend it. Very spacious. Everything is very close to it. We drove down there from Chicago and we only used the Trolley Bus once but it was very nice and easy. They run very often. The beach is right across the street. Like walking distance of 3 minutes. Will go back here for sure. We were sad to leave Indian Shores :)

Condo had everything we were looking for. Very relaxing quiet atmosphere. Close to everything we wanted. Nice & clean private pool. Owner very accomodating and easy to work with; responsive to any requests/questions.

We loved the private pool and the short walk across the street to the Beach! Everything was perfect! I did not want for anything! There were games books movies a washer and dryer we will definitely stay again. A little piece of Heaven!!!

This is a very comfortable and attractive living space. The owner is also really helpful in giving holiday tips and advice and, most importantly, she is really efficient and easy to do business with - even when booking from the UK.
Loved only having to walk 2 minutes to the wonderful beach. Even better, no need at all to get the car out every time you want to eat out as there are some wonderful family restaurants within walking (or trolley-bus) distance.
Would have happily stayed another fortnight if we could. -

We had an amazing week. Everything was excellent, the condo was great and it's location was fab. Honestly it was truly a great value! The proximity to the beach was outstanding too. The kids loved the pool but the stroll on the beach in the evening was spectacular. I would definately recomend this condo again and again!!

The condo at Clearwater is the vacation that you will spend the rest of your life trying to match---and I have found it is not possible to even come close! The beaches are solitary with a random fisherman or swimmer here or there. If it were up to me, I would spend all 24 hours on the amazing beach. The condo is perfection! My husband loved the grill for our seafood and steaks. Two bathrooms with comfortable showers made it easy to clean up after a day at the beach. The swimming pool offered an alternative swimming experience after the salt water got tiresome. Everything we needed was at the condo---from a wine opener to luxurious towels to everything in between! I can't say enough about what an enjoyable experience I had at this condo! It is the place to Be---i will absolutely return--very soon!!

We received outstanding service from Linda. She attended to all our needs of comfort, convenience, and entertainment (fully supplied kitchen,2 flatscreen tv's, games, grill, deck furniture, etc.) The home was beautiful and very clean. It was updated in many ways with granite counters, nice paint colors, comfy beds and couch. The location was perfect. A quick, 5-minute walk to the convenience store, trolley pickup curbside to the condo, beach across the street, and located near restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay...least was the weather which was no one's fault, but we managed quite well in spite of the humidity(great air conditiioner) and our best part was the ease in getting around the area whether by trolley or walking. A great place to stay, close to many restaurants and shopping, and always on the waterway.

We could not have been happier with the accomodations at Just Be! The photos don't do it justice! Linda has done a fabulous job maintaining and accomodating this condo with everything you need to make this a perfect home away from home destination! It was super clean, comfy beds, plush towels, wi-fi and Hd-tv! We had everything we needed for the beach, which allowed us to pack light for this trip. Even for the kids! The location is perfect. Even though we had our own car, it stayed parked for the week (except for a day trip to Disney World) The condo is close to the public beach access, transit system and steps away from the pool. An ice cream shop and a small convenience store were also within walking distance. Quiet is an understatement! We really felt like we were the only people there! We had the pool to ourselves on many occasions and the whole area was peaceful! We enjoyed the local cuisine and made a trip up to Clearwater using the Trolley system! Crabby Bills-awesome!!! We enjoyed it so much, we've booked our 2011 summer vacation to Just Be! Keep up the good work Linda and crew!

We had some e-mail contact with the host prior to our stay, so we were convinced that at the very least the condo stay would be a nice one. We had easy access to the beach across the street and everything we needed for the beach-towels, umbrellas, snorkels were available in the condo. The condo was immaculate. We live in Canada, and even had free access to long distance calls to our home in Canada. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.

We loved not only having the powder-sugar beach just across the street, but all of the thoughtful details - right down to toys for the kids and games for the family. From the moment we opened the door, we were taken back by the gourmet kitchen and classy yet comfy decor. We highly recommend this to anyone who longs to "just be."
