You might get a deja vu as I posted similar text on Trip advisor if you have already been there. The pictures posted by owner Kathy for Beachy Peaceful are quite accurate. There are two large bedrooms on main floor and two twin beds up the spiral staircase to the loft. My daughter found a large beanbag in the loft to be a comfortable place to sleep. There are 38 internal stairs up to the condo but my 90 year old mom with hip replacement navigated it fine. Full kitchen with all accouterments and dishwasher with soap enabled in-house meals; but nearby seafood restaurants were quite good, some within walking distance. Location is ideal, 15 minutes south of the very popular and crowded Clearwater Beach and 15 minutes north of Treasure Island. There is covered outdoor parking for two vehicles but we never used the pool. Washer and dryer was handy and owner provided laundry soap. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach toys were handy for the short 5 minute walk to the beach. Yes you need to cross the highway but the road is pedestrian friendly. Wireless internet was easy, payment was easy, check-in was easy, communication with owner Kathy was very good. Nice view of inter-coastal waterway from the walkout deck with deck table and chairs if you like sitting outside. The only thing not working during my stay was the boombox in the closet, but I'm not sure if that was provided or just left by a prior tenant. Cable TV includes all sports channels including BTN. If you like to sleep with open windows, there is a nice seabreeze but a very noisy cat. I checked out a lot of places in this area and I think this is one of the best you will find for six people.

Our family of 6 had an outstanding vacation at this Rental property. The condo was in excellent condition with all the amenities we needed. We walked to the beach everyday and then ended in the condo's pool area. The owner's answered all our questions and were very friendly. This property is in an excellent location! Not too busy, but plenty of places/activities to drive to within a short distance.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything it needed. Beach at 5 minutes walking distance and a nice swimming pool. We liked it that all the beach material (chairs, towels, toys) were available. It takes four stairs to get to the condo, so not suitable for people who don;t walk well. The location is quiet, but shops are at 10 minutes driving distance.

This home was all that we had expected and more! Kathryn was a wonderful person to rent from. She was very accomodating and answered any question I had right away. The condo was spotless and absolutely gorgeous! No detail was spared. Every extra imaginable was provided, including floats, umbrellas, games, and movies. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We hope to return soon!

My husband and I were very impressed with this condo. It had everything we needed, and more. Very clean, beautiful furnishings, lots of room. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the Intercoastal Waterway, and the huge sliding glass doors let the fresh beach air in. Since the condo was on the 3rd floor, we didn't have to worry about hearing footsteps on the floor above us - a major problem at other condos we've stayed in. Just a very short walk to the not-too-crowded beach - and the gorgeous sunsets were awesome. The owner was extremely nice and made our stay a pleasure. She even called us to make sure everything was ok and to find out if we needed anything. Also lots of restaurant and shopping variety nearby.
