We really enjoyed our stay at 707 Sandcastle One.
The Sandcastle One facility is great, with a beautiful view and convenient location with miles of shell filled beaches in both directions. The pool/hot tub is warm and clean, and the beach is groomed every couple days and also kept very clean. There is a nice area with gas grills near the parking lot. We utilized the in unit washer and dryer
707 is updated nicely with dark laminate flooring and black leather living area. The 7th story view is breathtaking, and you hear the sounds of crashing waves all day and night.
We would stay again!
A couple of suggestions:
Keep your patio doors closed when you are not sitting right by them. Little birds fly in and make a mess all over the condo if you are not paying attention.
Afternoons seem to be the better time to be on the beach/pool due to how tall the building is. Plan the away things to do for the morning.
Bring flashlights. Our kids had a great time on the beach at night. We could sit on the balcony and watch them play.
Was the dishes you plan to use when you get there. Not everyone is as sanitary as we were. -

The veiws from this condo are amazing! The beach is really beautiful. Condo was clean and perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the sunsets and even saw some dolphins!

The condo's location is great, right on the beach! there are plenty of stuff like beach chairs, toys, etc. The condo living room is great but the carpets in the room should be changed or cleaned. The telephone line did not work and the wi-fi not so well either.
There is nothing walking distance so you need a car to go everywhere.
