The Beach BOULEVARD works for singles or two/three people or a couple with pre-teens on a budget. Ceramic tile floors, newer kitchen and bathroom - less than 50 yards from the pool and the pool is 5 yards from the beach!

On the white powdery sands and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a pool/spa, this place is rare and unique. A lovely combination of 'old relaxed Florida' with modern facilities. True original Florida charm (built in 1938) one of the few remaining original but updated beach places. Modern kitchen and bathroom with ceramic tile floors.

There's only The Beach COURTYARD alongside, The Beach GARDEN below and The Beach COTTAGE nearby. So, not many guests to share the beachfront pool - it's right at the beach but safely fenced, usually quiet and peaceful.

  We decided that this was a paradise we want to enjoy again next year! The beach is great for skimboarding (many beaches are not) the pool on the beach is perfect for back and forth from Gulf to pool, the hot tub is fab. When the air cools in the early evening the Cottage is clean and light. Great restaurants in Indian Rocks. Thanks!
