Very musty smell approx. 2 weeks to get rid of it
Shower liner filthy, pillows filthy, patio furniture useless, curtians on patio door need cleaning, wood work on left wall needs cleaning, carpet needs to be replaced (smelly), etc,overall the place needs some tlc, would not recommend to anyone else, not worth the money we paid for it!! -

The Chateaux is a great location. Unit 103 needs to be cleaned out some. The closets have a lot of owners stuff taking up room. The furnace closet is so jammed, you can't get at the mops and brooms. Also the ironing board won't fold up which makes it take up a lot of room in the closet. The vacuum cleaner won't pick up anything on hard floors even with a new bag. The furnishings overall are very good.

The management company was wonderful and the ocean view from the property was spectacular but the interior was extremely musty smelling, in fact all our clothes needed to be launderd, even things we didn't wear. Also the living room furniture was very uncomfortable. I left having to ice my lower back and take IB every 4 hrs - not good! I doubt we would return to the same property unless drastic changes were made to the smelly condition and uncomfortable furniture

We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks. I was just right for us. It was very nice and clean, bed was comfy, and nice balcony overlooking beach and great sunsets.

Wonderful as always! There was some work being done on the beach but the Army Corp of Engineers was very expeditious in getting their work done and providing access to the beach in a very short time.

This was a really pleasant condo to stay in and I absolutely loved the beachfront balcony as I could listen to the ocean forever. wonderful swimming and beautiful sunsets. We really enjoyed our time here.

Everything seemed to exceed what we were expecting. The condo was very comfortably furnished and included a great view. The description of the condo really did not do it justice as it had so much more than what was described.

This was my first vacation in 16 years and I will return next year. My only complaint would be that it rained most days, but I can't fault Florida Lifestyles for that! The unit was well equipped with games, books, beach toys/umbrellas, etc. The view was wonderful and the pool was clean. I met several other vacationers who have stayed at the Chateaux for years. Overall, a wonderful time!

This place is the greatest! On the first floor, just steps from the beach. The carpet keeps the floor warm on cool days unlike some 1st floor units that are all tiled. It has two recliners, two sofas and two flat screen TVs. That plus free internet and a completely furnished kitchen, what more could one want. We stayed 6 weeks this year and have reserved it again for six weeks next year.

This is a beautiful condo. It is furnished wonderfully and equipped with all the kitchen utensils on could hope for. Along with a nice tv and free internet access makes it a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the beach, so for beach bums and sun worshipers it's also perfect.
