1ST TIME ON THE GULF SIDE OF FLORIDA. WE LOVED IT!!!! WE MET SOME GREAT PEOPLE, HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD ASK FOR IN THE CHATEAUX 502. IN FACT WE STAYED AN EXTRA DAY BECAUSE THE UNIT WASN'T BOOKED. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!!!

Spacious condo needing paint, new toilet and tub, as well as replenishment of kitchen equipment. Beautiful views. Pool area, parking lot and laundry facilities well maintained.

Rental with this location was like clock work!!! Couldnt have asked for more ~ maybe a brochure with pickup key on location activities like restaurants etc but we figured it all out~ thanks a bunch!!!

My husband had returned from a long deployment to Afghanistan and it was the perfect getaway for my son and I to share with him! It was very private, close to everything and gorgeous view!

The reservation process was great! This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this unit. I really feel it is in need of some upgrades. The kitchen and bathroom in particular. It's OK but for the price I feel it needs some work.

My daughter, granddaughter and I were grateful that we were able to get into the unit early as Jade (granddaughter) was quite ill early that morning at DisneyWorld. It was wonderful to arrive to a welcoming staff (receptionist) and once given the envelope we were off. The building is lovely and welcoming. The Unit (502) was lovely and clean. The view as you walked into the living area was beautiful. I love the beach and ocean. Felt like I was at home again. Everyone was happy. There were two things - I found holes in the sheet (top sheet) and the sheets were so thin as my mother would say (one could spit through it). I had to go out and buy a sharp knife paring knife I just brought it home with me. Everything else was great. A card was left during our stay that the filter had been replaced and I left the card on the counter wasn't sure what to do with it. I should have put it in the envelope but forgot to do that.
Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back (hoping to) next March. Appreciated that we could get in early on our arrival. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and to experience warm weather (which isn't bad right now here in Newmarket, Ontario Canada.

We were very happy with the experience. A great location with a great condo. The only thing I would recommend that the bathroom be upgraded. It really needs it. The shower curtain rod is even rusted out.
By the way the home location is Markham Ontario not Marcum. -

there was a serious leak under the sink from the basin drain. When water was in the sink it leaked heavily.. Also, floors were not clean and the unit needs better sheets for the bed. Coners didnt fit properly and kept coming off. This unit needs some additional kitchenware like a cutting board .. We had to buy oven mitts as there were no pot holders or oven mitts, also bought a grease spatter screen!!!

Overall a very good holiday experience, apart from the fact that the apartment although generally clean needs a good thorough clean say once a month.Most bathrooms we have stayed at in the Chateaux need an update.

This vacation was one of the most peaceful, restful vacations we've ever taken. The condo was wonderful! Clean, plenty of room and quiet!!! The view from our balcony was fantastic and was where we spent most of our time. The bathroom is in need of a new

The condo was very lovely! I did find the floors to be rather dirty. Not with crumbs but whould make the bottom of your feet black. It would have been helpful to have paper towels and more toilet paper available. The ground conditions and pool area were spotless. Especially the pool area. We had a nice stay.

This was my 1st stay in this part of Florida. Was very impressed with the condo, view, ocean, and beach. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the condo. Driving in the area was easy and not crowded. I have no complaints or suggestions and hope to return to Unit 502. Just a thought - providing beach towels would have been nice. With the luggage restrictions and $$ on air lines, I'd rather not use my luggage space for towels.
