Description

2 bedroom/2 bath condominium with all amenities including washer/dryer. Approximately 1500 sq. ft. with open floor plan and just steps from the sandy beach. Watch sunsets from your own balcony or the beach. Two covered parking slots. Dining room seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen is stocked with china, silverware, cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have seating areas. Large screen TV in the family room with HD cable. WIFI included. Restaurant is easy walk -- 1/3 mile and a convenience store is less than one block walk. You can rent boats, paddle boards, canoes, motor scooters -- a short walk away. A care is necessary for trips to sights in Tampa St. Petersburg or Orlando. However, the PSTA Trolly stops near the apartment on Gulf Blvd. offering service to both Clearwater and St. Pete beaches.

The location is great. It's close to the ocean,very convenient, and not crowded. The house is nice, well maintained and fully stocked. And Tom is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

How do damage deposits work?
