The perfect retreat for a group of friends, a family, or a couple looking for some romance and privacy!!
The house sleeps ten comfortably and is extremely quiet, secure and private. It is located in the best private golf club.
Chaise lounges surround the pool perfect for sunbathing. An outdoor dining area features a table and a viking gas range BBQ, is great for eating at day and night. There is also a covered outdoor seating area with a fireplace, a ceiling fan, couches and armchairs. The pool's waterfall provides a natural soundtrack to the mountain view. Rental fees
- Cleaning fee - $180 / stay - Other - This is required every two weeks. However our housekeeper is available to come more often should you require it and you can pay her directly.
- Tax rate - 10% of rental - Tax - This is only required for stays less then 30 consecutive days per the city of indian wells.
- Damage deposit - $5,000 / stay - Security Deposit - We have never had the need to keep all or part of a security deposit. The house was recently renovated and this rate is firm. Stays for longer then one month are subject to larger security deposits.

better views; close to great restaurants and golf courses!
We loved listening to our iPod throughout the entire house and outside while we cooked in the gourmet kitchen or the gas bbq.
Can't wait to return to this house, hopefully in the very near future!

This house was georgous! Lots of room for a large family without feeling like your on top of each other. We enjoyed hanging out by the beautiful pool and then retreated to our spacious rooms. The location couldn't have been better. Near tons of restaraunts and shopping! Would go back in a heartbeat!

My wife, kids, a hand full of friends and I spent Mother's Day weekend at this incredible vacation home. We arranged everything very last minute. The owner was extremely accomodating to our needs for the weekend. We were actually the first renters ever for the home. The home for such a beautiful home was extremely practical and comfortable. The pool and the views from the backyard were stunning. The casita was a great place for the kids or guests to stay. The location of the house is very close and convenient to everything in town. We had a wonderful time hanging out and barbecuing all weekend. It's exactly what we needed for a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! We will definately be staying here again!!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals, with such a large family it's much
cheeper then hotel rooms. Usually I feel like my kids are missing out playing
with other kids or doing the various hotel "camp" programs. But they are still
talking about "the house with the rock band AND guitar hero!" (and I had an
amazing time too!) Glad to see you are getting serious about doing the
vacation rental thing now. I hope other people get to enjoy your amazing home
and both of you, Daniel and Sasha being such great hosts!
