The backyard has gorgeous fairway views of the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains which are lit up at night. The large newly renovated backyard provides dining for eight, and lounge chairs for five. This mid century modern beauty has 3 large bedrooms each with its own en suite newly remodeled bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with new large flat screen TVā€™s, DVR, luxury linens with down feather beds and high end designer furnishings. The home is 3,000 square feet and offers an open concept floor plan; family room/dining room/kitchen easily flow together, encouraging entertaining as well as casual living. The great room and master suite boasts panoramic golf course and mountain views from wall to wall glass.

We plan to someday retire and enjoy this home on a regular basis, so we are particular about its care. If you naturally take care of other people's property, as well or better than your own, then we welcome you. If not, then other homes may be more suitable. Also, the home is not 'child friendlyā€¯ as pool is not fenced so no children under age 7 should be in the party. We also highly recommend that the home be cleaned weekly by our reasonable and friendly housekeepers.

We have spent many anniversaries in Indian Wells. We love the warm nights, scenic mountains, and enjoy all the activities the desert has to offer, golf, hiking and biking to name a few. We fell in love with this home for it's one of a kind views, excellent floor plan for inside entertaining and the back yard for outside entertaining. The pool is heavenly and the adjoining hot tub is a great way to relax after a day of golf or hiking!
The city of Indian Wells, is between La Quinta and Palm Desert. It hosts the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament every March, and is very close to the Coachilla Fest which is held every April.

  After an exhausting but cheerful Christmas and New Year, my husband and I decided that we needed to get away for a few weeks. We were told by a friend, who knows the homeowners, that there was a newly remodeled house available in the palm desert area (indian wells to be exact) that was gorgeous and had never been rented let alone listed, so we took a chance on this home and what a surprise it turned out to be!!! Having only visited the desert a couple of times (even though we live two hours away in la) we now know this house will be our go-to from now on. The decor is impeccable and they paid such close attention to detail- even the artwork is unique and fun! Every room is inviting with either stunning wallpaper or painted with stripes to liven it up. It truly felt like we were staying in the Viceroy or Parker (the only hotels we've ever stayed at while visiting) but it felt so private even though you're on a golf course with green for days and mountain views (which are lit up at night!!) The outdoor space is just dreamy- we sat at the fire pit with our cocktails almost every night. It's only minutes away from shopping and dining at El Paseo and if you don't feel like eating out all the time it has a very nice kitchen with an open view to the back yard/dining room. If you get the chance to stay here please do, we're already planning a trip back for the summer when it's nice and hot! Thanks again for the stay!!
