Our Inn offers two suites with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with queen size sleeper sofas, bedrooms( one queen and one full) and private bath/showers and one unit with bedroom(king bed), spa tub, private bath/shower, living room with queen size sleeper sofa, mini frig, microwave and coffee maker. As a snob from la, I expected less. But the kindness, graciousness and eagerness to please of the owner knocked my snobbery right out of me. The decor, comfort, service and closeness to downtown Indianapolis, where my business was conducted, was exceptional. I was made to feel at home. From now I will fully understand what is meant by the phrase "Hoosier hospitality". Good luck, Ms. Harney.

My wife and I were looking for a place within walking distance from downtown Indy to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversery. For an older home it has been superbly renovated from basement to tip-top (3rd floor). We like stairs and the open staircase was elegant. The room was small, but very adequate including hot tea, coffee, TV, frig, microwave. Our needs were all very well served by the owner-Debra Harney. The breakfast spread was superb including OJ, milk, toast, hot or cold cereal, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, yogurt, bagels, etc! Debra even showed us the top floor (that was not occupied at the time) with complete apt kitchen and capable of sleeping 4.

We were treated very well from the time we arrived until checkout. The home is very unique and beautifully crafted. It was a comfortable and accommodating stay. Also it is only a 5-10 minute walk to Mass ave.
