Maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining, dining, lounging and swimming. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths in main home on one level, plus separate detached Mega-Casita with... additional bedroom, living room, full bath for total of 5 bedrooms/5 baths. This truly one of a kind home is beautifully upgraded and finished with custom paint, granite & tile work, premium hardwood plantation shutters, and 3 fireplaces. The home is extremely quiet with additional insulation in all interior walls for increased sound-deadening.

Outdoors: Relax on the lounge chairs around the private and heated custom salt-water pool & spa with the super soft water system, cascading rock waterfall, pool tanning shelf, lush and colorful landscaping of palm & citrus trees, aromatics, and cool turf areas. The dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, and you can watch the dancing flames in the outdoor fireplace. Jandy digital in-house controller/monitor for the pool and spa allows you to control all pool and spa functions from inside the house. Indoors: Large, open great room has a big screen HDTV, DVD, gas fireplace and wet bar. Double French doors lead out to the covered rear patio area and landscaped yard.

Fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters and backsplash, cooking center with two massive granite islands. GE Profile 5-burner gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances. Insta Hot water, double oven with convection, microwave, stainless refrigerator with ice & water dispensers, additional (second) GE Profile Triton dishwasher for those big gatherings. Morning room/nook just off kitchen has an 8-sided poker table, with a convertible dining top.

Bedrooms: All have ceiling fans and TVs. Four bedrooms are luxury suites with private attached baths. The fifth bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. All bathrooms have upgraded slab granite counters and backsplash, and Kohler Cimarron comfort-height toilets.

The large and luxurious master suite has a super-plush king bed, HDTV with DVD, spacious walk-in closet, French door leads out to pool/spa. Large private bath has dual sink vanity, oversize custom tiled shower with raised bench & Lasco soaking tub with tile surround and steps.

The separate Mega-Casita is as highly upgraded as the main house, and features a large separate bedroom with a king bed, double-sided gas fireplace, TV and walk-in closet. The spacious outer sitting room/office area includes a queen sofa bed. The casita kitchen area has an under-counter refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and beautiful slab granite counters and backsplash and raised panel European height maple cabinetry. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting in each room. The large front windows overlook the custom pool/spa and rock waterfall.

Suite #3 is also spacious with a king bed, an XL twin bed, HDTV, separate bath area with large tile shower, walk-in closet. Bedroom #4 is the guest suite with private outside entrance from the courtyard, two XL twin beds, en suite bathroom, and TV. Bedroom #5 has a queen bed, separate entry from the landscaped courtyard, & TV.

Bed and Sleeping Summary: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 3 XL Twins, 2 Sofabeds, 1 Twin Rollaway, 2 Queen Aerobeds, 1 Portacrib. Sleeps 20.

Other Amenities: Telephone with free local and unlimited long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, a fully-equipped laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron, and nursery accessories with portacrib & stroller. The hot water re-circulating system gives you ā€œinstant-onā€ hot water at every faucet without waiting for the water to warm up. Watch movies from the DVD library. Listen to your choice of music from the CD collection. There are plenty of games, poker chips for that Texas Hold ā€˜Em tournament, Backgammon, Nintendo Game Cube, and lots more! Parking for 5.

The location just does not get any better. The La Quinta Resort/Hotel, the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta and all the La Quinta golf courses are very close, about 5 minutes away by car. It is walking-distance to the Empire Polo Fields.

  Good Value, but....Nickle and Dime you with their Rental Policie

  The place was great, but sneaking in a second dog fee (too small dogs) when every hotel on the planet would charge one cleaning fee? Also, the sneaky 11AM check out time they disclose after the fact (their excuse being the cleaning people can only come at 11am) to try and get you to pay another $200 for a late check out? Other than that, place was great. Just need to change their policies to be more reasonable. The location is marginal, a bit close to the less desireable section of Hwy 111, but if you are staying on the property you are fine.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean. The only things to note were that there weren't enough towels as some people didn't realize there was only one per person before they use two (it would have been nice to have a few extras). Also the hot tub was cool and hard to work. I also stubbed my toe on the brick blocks that are holding up the bed in the Casita. The pull out couch in the Casita is also pretty awful. It is concave and thus I don't think it is suitable for anyone to sleep on. Other than those few things, we had a really nice stay. I also really enjoyed working with the staff as they were very helpful and nice.

  We really enjoyed our time at Montage. The property is immaculate and was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked. There was even high chairs, car seat, stroller and a pack and play for the little ones. The kids loved the pool and the foosball table and while the adults enjoyed hanging out in the outside area. It was a perfect weekend. And thanks so much for the thoughful welcome basket.

  Nice house but stating it sleeps 20 isn't accurate. The twin rollaway isn't comfortable enough as a bed and is falling apart (missing springs). I would have liked to have access to more towels and sheets as well. Good spacious kitchen but not enough dishes and plates to accomodate all guests.

  None of the three fireplaces worked. We requested that they be fixed but they never were. So we went the entire week without a fire and it was unusually cold for the area. The game tables were great! The double bedroom bed was very uncomfortable.

  smell (as in something might be dead under it), the TV in the master bedroom never worked. Internet service was out from Wednesday afternoon until when we left on Saturday. Kitchen was poorly equipped and what was there had rust and was caked with "old food". All bedroom TV remotes didn't have batteries (those were brought to us on Wednesday--we checked in on Saturday). There was an ant infestation in the kitchen on the counters around the sink.

  In general the place was nice. But it really doesn't hold 20 people, it holds 19 adults and one portable crib. The kitchen was very nice and accomodated any real need of kitchen gadgets, etc.

  Our girls softball team stayed here for nine days. It was a great set up for this type of stay. The team loved the pool and backyard. The double island and open space in the center of the house worked well for us. Overall, This is a great property.
