"Mountain Vista" is located in prestigious Indian Palms Country Club a guard gated 27 hole golf community in west Indio CA.
Our home is a two master bedroom plus den, single level, detached, fairway residence with golf and mountain views your own PRIVATE POOL and two car garage.

ALL FEES, INCLUDING RENTAL FEES, CLEANING FEES, UTILITY FEES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE AS PER THE SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Please note we will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
WE DO NOT OFFER SHORT TERM RENTAL FOR COACHELLA EVENTS DURING THE MONTH OF APRIL
Reservation Deposit $1000
The Reservation Deposit, on arrival converts to a Damage/Utility Deposit and will not be applied to the Rental cost but will be applied to any Damages and/or Utility cost.
Utility cost is $100 for 1-2 for week by week rental and $200 per monthly rental or meter readings whichever is greater.
The Damage/Utility Deposit minus Utility cost, is refundable within 2 weeks post departure.
Rental Fee balance due as per Rental Confirmation letter.
Reservation Deposit Not refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival or as per agreement if late booking.

Renting the home from John and Suzanne was a very easy process...the contract was very straightforward and he answered any/all concerns promptly.
The home was everything that was advertised and seeing it in person...made us feel like little kids as we ran from room to room!!!
The salt water pool and spa were spectacular and so refreshing on the hot days and after a game of golf.
The house was located on a great golf course...the staff were great and so was the restaurant.
Both shopping and entertainment were easily accessible from the house.
John contacted us on our arrival to ensure that everything was okay and kept in contact with us...he was so obliging.

My husband, myself, my brother and sister in law spent the month of February 2013 in this comfortable home. We were most impressed with how bright and spacious it was combined with a well appointed kitchen and necessary daily supplies. We enjoyed a wonderful selection of reading material, exciting views of the golf course and fun times entertaining friends with the large great room. Many of our friends were most impressed with the home we rented and the price we paid compared to theirs. Having in house laundry, wifi with its own office, 2 car garage, 2 outdoor patios, quiet neighbours, centrally located and a built in security system was perfect. We could not have asked for more, thank you John and Susan.
My only suggestion would be to better control the pool system, we spent a number of hours trying to determine timing problems.

We would like to thank you for being great guests and for caring for our home during your stay. As you know, our salt water pool is new and is controlled by a "state of the art" automation system which is pre-programmed to take care of all routine functions such as filtration cycles etc to provide the very best water quality for our guests. In our "Welcome Book" we have described the simple steps our guests can follow to set their desired pool temperature, turn the spa off and on, etc. As with any computerized system there is a learning curve and we have tried to keep ours simple and straightforward with minimum input necessary from our guests while still allowing personal preferences to be met. Also, we strongly urge guests to call us at any time prior to proceeding if they need clarification of any function of equipment. We hope you will be able to visit our home again in the near future.

My husband and I had a fabulous month in this home, which provided a comfortable refuge and a great jumping-off point for seeing the area. The furnishings are comfortable (lovely chairs for relaxing; wonderfully comfy bed) and practical (dinner seating for 6 or more; den with wifi for working). The owners (who are lovely!) provided everything we could have wanted -- linens, cutlery, cleaning supplies, games, books, local area info, paper products. They seemed to have thought of everything we'd possibly need to have a comfortable stay. We hope to come back next year!
