This newer home is in a great golfing community with a 27 hole championship course. The complex offers tennis courts, fitness center, pools, restaurant and pub. There is a boutique hotel on the site. This home has a wonderful kitchen with all the amenities you would need. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat and a 51 inch TV. All three bedrooms have Cal King beds and 32inch TV's. The patio has comfortable furniture and a large barbecue. We also offer free long distance phone calling anywhere in North America and free WiFi. Great house with all the amenities. Couldn't ask for better location or better amenities. House was super clean and nicely furnished with very comfy living area with all reclining chairs/couches and two eating tables, not including outside furnishings. Plus back porch even had misters - amazing!

If you are a golfer seeking fun in the sun this is a great location for you and your friends and family. With a 27 hole mature golf course right in the complex. Further amenities include 2 pools, a great gym and tennis courts. The home is emaculate and roomy with all the expected necessary amenities to make your stay most comfortable.The location is close to major shopping and dinning for ease and convience. We felt very much at home. Sharon even checked in with us from Mexico, to see if we had any issues that she would have taken care of immediately. We had a grat experience.

We loved our stay at Sharon's, she thought of very thing. The kitchen was outfitted with every thing you could need,the bed rooms where lovely and comfortable, with Tv's in every room. Also Sharon left with a list of near by, restaurants, stores , golf courses and general spots of interest. Very helpful. I would stay again and recommend to anyone this nicely appointed home. One of my favorite things,is a 27 hole golf course walking distance from the front door.
