With a double bed in the main with semi-ensuite access, single bed in the second bedroom, 40" flat screen TV, wi-fi, aircon, courtyard, outdoor garden setting, in-unit storage and off-street parking as its main features, there is even more to this well located holiday base which is part of a small quiet complex in the heart of Inglewood.

The majority of residences in Inglewood are of pre-war vintage (many are of a Federation or Californian bungalow style) and Inglewood has a high heritage value with numerous places of cultural and historical significance. Many of the older dwellings have been renovated and restored to their original styles. In addition to character housing, there are the more modern units, like ours, throughout the suburb.
The main commercial area within Inglewood is centred on Beaufort Street, a short walk from your holiday unit. There are retail services, a library, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, bus and train services, post office and a recreation centre. Inglewood offers many recreational facilities, including the Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre (2.8kms), Mount Lawley Golf Course (1.1kms) and Macaulay Park (0.5kms), and there are facilities to play tennis and soccer, as well as bocce. Cinemas, theatres, entertainment and national/international sports venues are within a 10 km radius.

we stayed in this apartment in January and loved it! It was clean, and very well equipped with everything you could need. The owner was very friendly and welcoming - and the coffee and milk and the homemade muffins were a lovely extra! Also the location is great and transport links very accessible. I'm sure we will be staying here again next time we are visiting Perth. Thankyou for a lovely visit.

My partner I and 9yr old son stayed at the above unit in our stay in perth. The complex itself is beautifully landscaped with grass areas to sit under a palm and read. In the time we stayed we almost felt we were the only tenants so peaceful.we were literally at the front door step of IGa supermarket and Beaufort street where there is the abundance of restaurants. The bus 22/21 runs every 8 mins along Beaufort st. to the city a 10 min journey. The unit is a delight, beautifully decorated and well maintained and spotlessly clean. It comes with a wondeful feeling of peace and cosiness, nothing has been spared, we just had our suitcases and that is all we needed. bed linen/ towels all of top quality. internet also installed. we had our own very private courtyard shared with an array of plants and bushes. The out door setting makes the area a great place for alfresco eating. The owners a lovely couple have made this unit a true gem of Inglewood. Don't bother looking elsewhere this truly is the place to stay during your holiday. Great value. It will be hard to drag my 9yr old away as he loved the plasma tv.
