This detached cottage is located near to the village of Inistioge in County Kilkenny and can sleep six people in two bedrooms. Rathsnagadan Cottage is a detached cottage located in the grounds of the owner's home near to the village of Inistioge in County Kilkenny. The cottage has one double bedroom and one twin, which with the addition of a futon in the lounge makes it suitable for up to six people. The cottage also contains a family shower room, a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a solid fuel stove and the futon. Outside the cottage is a garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking... for four cars. With so much to do and explore in the region, Rathsnagadan Cottage is sure to please all of the family.

Amenities: Central heating fired from solid fuel stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, stereo/CD. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to rear and gravelled area to front with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Note: Owner can provide a cooking service at additional cost and by arrangement. Note: Please take care when driving within the confines of the farm due to the surrounding animals which include dogs, horses and a pig.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  My partner, myself and my father stayed here for 7 nights. We we very impressed with the large, cosy and picturesque cottage. There is a double bed room upstairs with toilet ensuite and a twin room downstairs with a bathroom, a large lounge room with fire place and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. You need a car to get around as the cottage is located away from any transport in a quiet country area. Also make sure you have clear directions as finding the property can be difficult.
  We loved our stay and the walks down to the river, fishing and drinking Guinness in the pubs in Inistioge.
  The property also has dogs and a large pig which are very friendly!
