The house is ~2400 sq. ft, with central heating and cooling, hardwood floors, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, disposal, microwave, TV, VCR, and charcoal grill. House is pier foundation (raised) with parking space for 3 vehicles under house.
The main level on 2nd floor has big kitchen (~12'x12'), large LR, DR, BR with one queen size bed, full bath, and utility room. 3rd level has full bath and 2 large BR (one has queen bed the other has 2 full beds). "Daddy's Dream" beach house is located in Inlet Beach, FL, a small neighborhood beach community located at the east intersection of Hwy. 98 and county Hwy. 30A in Walton county, FL. The Inlet Beach community is bordered by Carillon Beach on the east and Rosemary Beach on the west, about 8 miles east of Seaside and 20 miles west of Panama City, FL. The house is less than 1/2 block from the beach and a short walk to the water with good beach access. Good views of Gulf can be seen from both floors.

We had a blast at Daddy's Dream! Perfect house! Very open area downstairs, big bedrooms and bathrooms! Nice quiet beach with only homes in the area. No big high rise hotels. So convenient to shopping, great restaurants, grocery stores, etc.! Looking forward to going back! Perfect getaway for girlfriends!

We had a great time in this wonderful vacation home. Everything you need is within walking distance, the beach, restaurants, spa, shops and tennis. The house is beautifully decorated and roomy. Great place for families.
