Offering great, ground floor accommodation with wonderful views over the river and surrounding hillside, this property is able to sleep a total of four people over one twin bedroom and one double bedroom. This attractive cottage is one of three purpose-built holiday lodges, just two and a half miles from the lovely village of Invermoriston. The living area is a bright and spacious open-plan room, with an integrated fitted kitchen. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage we stayed in was extremely well presented and was in a beautiful location. There was a village shop and very nice pub/hotel 2/3 miles away and further facilities at Fort augustus 6/7 miles away. It was immediately accessible to the main road to reach the coast and Skye (40/50 miles). There are excellent walks in the area and of course you are immediately adjacent to the beauties of Loch Ness. I would certainly recommend this location to anyone as long as they allow for the variations of the Scottish weather.

A very nice and quiet place in a beautiful area. Ideally suited for all who enjoy long walks in the area around the west bank of Loch Ness and close enough to the Isle of Skye and Inverness for daytrips.
Excellent accomodation equipped with everything a traveller might need. -

A fully equipped, child friendly and homely athmosphere, centrally located for sight seeing in the Highlands, owned by kind and helpful people ... and a river runs through it, providing ample opportunities for fishing.
