Our home is perched at the top of Inverness Ridge with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, Farallon Islands, and the highest mountains of Point Reyes National Seashore. Absolute peace, quiet and fresh air, a five minute stroll from the park trails, a stay at the Artist Retreat is a deeply moving experience. It is ideal for kayaking, horse riding, swimming in Tomales Bay, hiking, both mountain and road biking and one of the best places to bird watch in the USA. The home of the organic food movement. Put Strauss organic cream in your coffee. Savor local eggs with Nieman Ranch bacon. Slurp an oyster, crack a local crab or barbeque a wild salmon.
