The service we received when booking the unit was excellent. We had a group of seven people in a house that could accommodate 12. The house was in a great location, and was pet friendly. When we first entered, however, we noted that there were mice in the unit. We called the Bpla and they said there was nothing they could do. Later, however, a gentleman arrived with "the only mouse trap they had". We also were disappointed with the very small size of the living room. Fortunately, we did not have to use the sofa bed for sleeping. Had we the 12 people the unit supposedly accommodated, the loft sleeping area would have been inaccessible with the sofa bed pulled out. We felt the cost of $400 per day was pretty expensive.
